Part-Time Shift(s): Monday-Friday between 7am-5pm

OVERVIEW:

Working as a Part-Time Customer Site Packaging Lead, you will facilitate the movement of product through our customer site located at 420 E. Terra Cotta, Crystal Lake, IL 60014.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

oInspecting and packaging product

oUsing a computer to perform job

oRunning a variety of packaging machines

oAssisting with leading and developing a team

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

oExcellent written and oral communication skills

oPossess strong computer skills and math aptitude

oHighly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented

oDemonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities

oWillingness and ability to perform repetitive tasks over long periods of time

oAbility to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

oAbility to work independently as well as in a team environment

oAbility to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs

oAbility to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).
