The Area Supervisor’s duties are inclusive of, but not limited to Recruiting, leading and developing people to execute outstanding QSC, excellence in safety standards, building sales and controlling costs to optimize Profit and Loss statements at each restaurant responsible for. An Area Supervisor is also responsible for the duties of each General Manager as well as all McDonald’s policies and procedures. Principal accountabilities include but are not limited to: Each restaurant responsibility operating as a profitable restaurant, as well as meeting and/or exceeding the company’s, Region’s and McDonald’s goals at the store level. These goals may be measured with regard to 1. Quality Service and Cleanliness/Store Systems 2. People 3. Sales 4. Profitability 5. Safety/Security

Required experience:

Profit and Loss: 3 to 5 years
Leadership Development: 3 to 5 years
Profitably Operating a Restaurant: 3 to 5 years
Quality Service and Cleanliness/Store Systems: 3 to 5 years
Human Resource Management: 3 years
PREVIOUS McDONALD'S as General Manager:3 to 5 years
McDondlad's HU graduate with Diploma.

Additional Information
Responsibilities:

Delivering store sales and financial objectives at each restaurant by removing any barriers to success.
Daily cash deposits accuracy for each restaurant along with timely delivery of all bills to be paid above the restaurant level, and bills to be accounted for at the restaurant level.
Flexibility of schedule, transportation, and time management ability to address all restaurant responsibilities and needs from the operator's directive, corporate/franchise obligations, and policy expectation.
Human Resource Management including, but not limited to: preventing and documenting labor violations, personnel issues and all investigations that are needed to investigate potential claims both on employee side as well as the customer. Ensuring all Food Safety requirements are met at each restaurant, and employment eligibility is met though orientation documentation, e-verification, work permits, I-9's, and prior McDonald's experience.
Payroll Management: Including Edit Time Punch Verification, Over-Time/ Minimum and Maximum employment hour verification.
Profitability verification through accurate billing, savings opportunities, and financial oversight of all restaurants.
Act as the intermediary between Restaurant Management and the Operator.
Timely and thoughtful supervision of all restaurant level issues pertaining to machinery, customer issues/requests/inquiries, technology, equipment, and personnel.
Flexible weekly meetings with the Operator to ensure "To Do Lists" are created, maintained, and actively addressed. Including, but not limited to: Ongoing training, new procedures, and initiatives, or products, as well as Maintenance and Repair needs, and restaurant viability.
Leading by example and being a role model for the standards and behaviors consistent with the McDonald's core values and culture.
Proactively attracting, identifying, and hiring team members that embody the McDonald's Brand Ambassador Profile and individuals who have the ability to grow within the organization.
Proactively attracting, identifying, hiring, and retaining Shift Managers, Department Managers, and General Managers.
Successfully and consistently communicating team successes, priorities, best practices and operational changes to deliver Gold Standard execution at each restaurant.
Connecting with the local community by executing McDonald's local marketing and community involvement initiatives.
Serving as a role model for high quality, hands-on, floor management as well as back office duties, administrative tasks, and restaurant level delegation.
Ensuring that food safety and security standards are met and adhered to consistently at each restaurant.
Addressing performance issues quickly and respectfully by coaching, counseling, and managing any and all conflicts at each level of staffing.
Addressing concerns about all aspects of each restaurant including, but not limited to, security, shift coverage, safety procedures, personnel conflicts, and on-going training.
