Grupo NGN is looking for talented individuals with a POSITIVE attitude and a mindset to join our elite work from home sales team! 

As a member of the most valuable team within Grupo NGN, you will be responsible for handling customer interactions: sales calls, inquiries, manage customer complaints and provide service and product information.  This position will require you to be able to SELL confidently using the training and coaching that you will receive and to be able to provide a positive customer experience, providing the highest levels of service while maximizing sales opportunities. 

Sales Agent Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Great active listening skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
• A patient and empathetic attitude
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Friendly, Energetic and Self-motivated
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
• Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry
• Ability to navigate multiple websites simultaneously

Requirements

• A quiet, dedicated workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 30 mbps)
• Ability to commit to a set schedule (full-time or part-time)
• Computer keyboard (USB), mouse (USB) and monitor
• Ability to type 25 WPM
• No previous experience required
  • Previous call center, sales and/or customer service experience a plus
