General Production 2nd shift

These positions are operator assistants. They will do 1 of 2 jobs below. (Inspector Stacker / Tuber Stacker).

Job 1 - Inspector/Stacker
Check for proper adhesives
Check for proper folds on the product/packages
Check for printing errors
Check for proper counts per bundle
Check for tears/loose ends
Follow work instructions

** The inspector stackers will work at 1 of 3 stations and rotate those stations every 2 hours. 1) Bottom Pinch Station where the bag is glued on the bottom of the bag and then needs to be stacked 2) Sewing - machine that sews the bags shut and then needs to be stacked 3) Reclaim - this is where they will fix any minor errors such as adding glue to parts of bag.

All stacks of bags are stacks of 25 bags.

Job 2: Tuber Stacker
Read Orders
Change Knives and set ups
Change Paper
Clean machine valves (Might get your hands dirty with grease during this function)
Assist operator and be at machine at all times.

Changing Gears out with the machine operators

20-30 lbs fairly consistently lifting.
