Luv 2 Play, A new location of our indoor playground and cafe franchise needs reliable and friendly Crew Members to join our team. We need people who don’t mind working in fast-paced environment with heavy demands. Successful candidates will work the front counter, birthday parties, floor, and other positions as needed. MANAGER AND SUPERVISOR :

We are in current need of a General Manager with open availability; including nights, weekends, and being on call, as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Be very organized, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and responsible. Opening and closing procedures.
• Effective communication is important as the employee will be interacting with both parents and children on a daily basis.
• Responsible for hiring, write-ups, and terminations of employees, including new hire paperwork.
• Responsible for daily deposits, petty cash, and ensuring facility has change.
• Responsible for overseeing all daily activities of the playground facility.
• Being knowledgeable about company policies, procedures, systems, and prices.
• Conduct daily walks of the playground to identify any potential cleaning and/or safety concerns, and report any safety concerns to Customer Relations Manager at corporate.
• Responsible for uploading receipts to DropBox daily, or as received.
• Inventory kitchen, redemption prizes, socks, wristbands, and other playground supplies.
• Receive deliveries and packages, and make payments (if applicable).
• Delegation of job responsibilities and supervision to ensure tasks are being completed.
• Making sure that employees are being held accountable for completing their assigned tasks.
• Ensuring employees' breaks and lunches are taken, as required by law, and cover breaks, as needed.

Requirements:

• Customer Service Experience is REQUIRED
• Management Experience is REQUIRED
• Reliable personal transportation is REQUIRED (This is due to the fact that you may have to run errands if necessary. If so, mileage will be reimbursed.)
• MUST be kind, patient and loving, as employee spends the majority of the day working with young children.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card preferred

(general staff)  Requirements:

- Friendly, courteous, and loves working in a children's atmosphere

- Eager to learn, and work as a team

- Respond to guest questions, concerns, and complaints and make sure they leave satisfied

- Arrive on time for all shifts and stay until shift completion

-Weekends, and holidays are required 

-Must have positive attitude

Qualifications:

- Current Student or high school diploma/GED preferred

- Excellent time management skills

- Self motivated and trainable

-Ability to work on your feet for most of your shift

- Strong customer service skills

-( for managers and supervisors) prior managment experience needed
