Scheduling is the hub of our business. The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for scheduling clients and CAREGivers to provide the highest quality service to clients with an emphasis on creating extraordinary relationships.  This is a full-time position with office hours Monday through Friday 9-5 and every other weekend on call (working from home with a company provided cell phone.)  The responsibilities below will provide you with daily opportunities to brighten the lives of seniors.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with clients and CAREGivers over the phone.
  • Meet and familiarize yourself with all new CAREGivers to enhance the matching process.
  • Create and maintain client and CAREGiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high-quality matches that build extraordinary relationships.
  • Ensure every client's scheduled shift is filled.
  • Monitor, mediate and log all client and CAREGiver activity utilizing the software system.
  • Enter and maintain accurate client and CAREGiver records in the software system.
  • Follow up and communicate CAREGiver and client issues to ensure problems are resolved.
  • Follow the responsive contingency plan that ensures 100% maintenance of service hours.
  • Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
  • Must be available and willing to cover weeknight and weekend on-call responsibilities as scheduled.
  • Provide caregiving to clients in an emergency or when a shift cannot be filled.
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, office manager, colleagues, CAREGivers, clients and family members.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
  • Participate in all CAREGiver meetings.

Requirements include:

  • Possess a strong sense of urgency in covering scheduling needs of the clients
  • Be comfortable working in and meet the expectations of a rapidly changing daily work environment.
  • High school graduation or the equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to pass a motor vehicle, criminal background check, and drug screen
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and with current car insurance
  • Willing to work in Office 365 and a scheduling database.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English Language
  • Must have the ability to sit at a desk, operate on a computer, and work effectively for long periods of time on the telephone
