A & M Merchandising, a distribution company located in North Arlington, NJ is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing company. All positions are entry-level. We provide a full orientation program. Experience is not required, however, work history in customer service, restaurant, retail, management, sales etc. would be helpful.
General Job duties would include but are not limited to:
- Assembling/Disassembling
- Customer service
- General assistance merchandising
- Packing/ Unpacking
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's licence and vehicle
- Can multitask and prioritize
- Works well with others with little to no supervision
- Neat appearance
- Strong work ethic
- 18 years or older
- Able to work Full- Time
- $500.00 / per agreement
- All family and major holidays off
- Paid weekly
- Management advancement within 90 days
- 3 annual paid incentive trips per year
- Work performance bonuses and incentives
