Work Environment: Construction Company
150 employees
6 techs in the newly created service department.
8-5pm but there will be after hour and weekend responsibilities. Qualifications: 5 years of customer service experience
1 year of construction experience related to scheduling and or billing and payroll
1 year of invoicing and billing with a contractor. Performance Expectations: Must be able to multi task
Take ownership in the position and provide timely communication at all times
