Description

The Maintenance Technician II role within Real Estate Operations has responsibility for general basic repairs to buildings and equipment to include small carpentry, general maintenance, plumbing, light replacement, and exterior repairs. Occasional general cleaning may be required.

The role will respond to retail branch and back office request work orders and have a routine schedule of work orders throughout Citizens Bank portfolio within the Greater Pittsburgh area..

Additional responsibilities will include (but will not be limited to):

  • Responding to emergency and non-emergency service requests and prioritizing work order response.
  • Completing work order correctly with minimal call backs.
  • Availability to respond to after hours and weekend needs.
  • Inspecting branch facilities on a routine basis and repairing items as required.
  • Referring to vendors if necessary via work order system.
  • Closing out work orders upon completion; via iPad or Computerized Maintenance Management System.
  • Assisting with corporate projects as required.
  • Providing minor office relocations of furniture and / or contents.
  • Providing reports in a timely manner for purchase card verification / reconciliation.
  • Purchasing supplies at best price available.
  • Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers.
  • Maintaining inventory of supplies, tools and materials.
  • Performing all work in a safe manner within Citizens Bank guidelines, codes and standards.
  • Responsibility for maintaining bank vehicle.

Qualifications

Experience and Skills:

  • 3 or more years of experience in facilities/real estate/Building Services engineering
  • 5 or more years of general construction experience
  • General knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Competent use of MS Office applications to include MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Good written/communications skills and experience working in high security areas preferred

Education and Licenses:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Drivers License required
