Eno’s Pizza Tavern is seeking energetic (entry level or experienced) server assistants! If you’re ready for a fast-paced floor, a friendly team, and great money, then you'd make a great addition to our team. We're looking for detail-oriented and self-motivated individuals to help bus tables, refill drinks, and keep the restaurant spotless during service. You will be expected to maintain service efficiency and ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness of all front of house areas. Be prepared to handle a large section and high volume! Experience in similar concepts is a plus – full availability is strongly preferred, and weekend availability is a must. If you're willing to learn, we're willing to train you! You will make $4-$6 per hour plus a tip-out (usually $4-$10 on top of base hourly rate depending on business) dependent on your experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the front of house, including all tables, chairs, floors, windows, restrooms, and service areas
- Properly bus and reset tables
- Complete all assigned opening, side, and closing duties
- Support other team members to facilitate a positive customer experience
- Communicates with hosts, servers, and other team members to maintain service efficiency and ensure guest satisfaction
- Prepares beverages required for service including soda, teas, and water
- Refills drinks as needed
- Restocks dining room and bar with plateware, silverware, glassware, utensils, condiments, and linen, and maintains adequate supplies in the server stations when dining room is opened
- Removes dirty dishes and utensils from tables between courses and clears tables after guests leave
- Replaces dishes and utensils for next course and cleans and resets vacated tables, returning table to proper setup for next seating
- Returns dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware to dishwashing area
- Assist servers in serving tables with food or beverage delivery upon request
