Job Summary - This individual is primarilyresponsible for supporting the Lawson Payroll system as well as other systemsthat relate to payroll. This role willbe an integral team member supporting various payroll systems projects, andtroubleshooting complex technical issues. This will include supporting various customerbases, being knowledgeable about different applications, and performingmiscellaneous configuration changes. This position is part of a larger payroll systems team and is expectedto operate within a rapidly changing work environment.

Duties:

  • Assist with payrollsystem configuration, setup
  • Interact andeffectively communicate with internal IT&S and support team to troubleshootfunctional system issues
  • Works closely withPayroll Service Centers (PSC) to support payroll function of the organization
  • Assists withmaintenance needs and system functionality questions
  • Conductsinvestigations as warranted, resulting from communicated issues
  • Keeps leadershipinformed of the status of work efforts
  • Acts as a resourceto PSC and division/facility leadership for payroll related items
  • Contributes totraining and education materials for use in training; presents trainingmaterials as applicable
  • Maintainsconfidentiality with all information
  • Practices andadheres to "Code of Conduct" philosophy and "Mission and Value Statement"
  • Sets appropriateexample for personnel by maintain a positive attitude regarding customers,leadership, compliance and the work at hand

Education

  • A minimum of aBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required
  • Relevant experiencemay substitute education requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years ofexperience in HR/Payroll
  • Experience withhealthcare preferred
  • Experience withInfor/Lawson preferred

Certification/License

Certified PayrollProfessional considered a plus
