Large Kingsport TN manufacturer is seeking an experienced Accounting Assistant/Accounts Payable clerk for a 3-4 month assignment. Ideal candidate will have experience working with HIGH volume AP using 3-way match. Schedule: 8am-5pm (may require some flexibility) Salary: $16 hr. Job description: - Accurate and timely posting of vendor invoices. - Ensure invoices are processed and approved according to Company policy. - Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers on invoice payment status. - Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies in a timely manner. Working hours: 8am-5pm Skills: REQUIREMENTS: -- Required Education: High School graduate. Associates Degree is a plus. --
