About this job
Industrial machining company looking for Machine Operators to join their team.
As a machine operator, your primary duties will include operating a multi-axis CNC machine and checking parts for quality.
CNC experience isn't necessary, must be mechanically inclined and have a good manufacturing background. This is a great long term opportunity to learn a new skill with a growing company.
Shifts available
2nd Shift: 2:50pm - 11:00pm - Monday - Friday
($.60 shift differential)
3rd Shift: 10:50pm-7:00am - Saturday - Thursday
($.90 shift differential)
Weekend Days: 5am - 5pm - Friday Saturday and Sunday
($2.77 shift differential)
Weekend Nights: 5Pm--5am - Friday Saturday and Sunday
($3.15 shift differential)
Daily tasks include:
- performing CNC Machine operation
- loading and unloading parts
- operating overhead crane
- presetting tools to reduce downtime
- quality checking parts for defects
- maintaining accurate part counts
- reading and interpreting drawings to determine product specifications
- comparing data displays with operation sheets
