Warehouse/Logistics Manager - Full-time / Part-time

Job Description: Currently hiring for a Warehouse Manager. This individual will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all daily activities of warehouse operations, labor scheduling, freight carrier management, warehouse maintenance, and shipping/receiving. Must be able to continually monitor the warehouse and all operational activities. Will be managing and implementing new SOPs to improve warehouse space and production efficiency Conduct daily warehouse staff meeting and monitor all safety standards. Monitor all OSHA compliance. Will be directly supervising shipping coordinators and 10 warehouse employees. Will coordinate all shipping activities, monitor all shipments, and oversee outgoing freight. Create and maintain reports tracking activity. Also must be able to schedule cycle counts. Work Environment: Working in the Warehouse, candidate will be responsible for managing up to 10 people and the shipping coordinators.

Must be familiar with OSHA standards- they will be responsible for managing safety of Warehouse. Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager
High School Diploma or greater
Ability to manage over $1 million dollars of revenue in the Warehouse
Previous Customer Service experience
Previous experience implementing and adhering to SOPs
OSHA standards Performance Expectations: Performance is monitored based on ability to move freight in and out of the warehouse. Also maintaining profit/loss. $2.5 million dollars worth of inventory. Looking to grow that inventory as well.
