Job Description
This person is responsible for handling repeat guests and manage our Select Guest Program.
Responsibilities
Ensure exceptional service prior to arrival for our guest, develop personal relationships with our select guests and act as an advocate and contact for all members of our select guest program, proactively welcoming our guests by being visible at check in, while offering information regarding hotel services and amenities.
Qualifications
* Must have past Management or Supervisory experience in hospitality and will be expected to cover shifts as a Front Office MOD.
* Expected to lead by example and work to seek out ways in which to improve guest experiences during their stay and personalize their stay.
* Must be proficient on computers.
* Writing skills are necessary.
* Previous hotel experience is preferred,
* This position requires standing throughout the shift,
* Applicant must be flexible with schedules and must be able to work AM, PM, weekends, and holidays.
