Seasonal Cafe Manager - Full-time

ADIRONDACK EXPERIENCE Seasonal Cafe Manager The ADKX is currently seeking a detailed- oriented professional to oversee daily operations and supervision of our Lake View Cafe. The main purpose of this position is to ensure that all cafe experiences provide quality food in a timely manner amongst a warm inviting atmosphere. This position will oversee the 80-100 seat dining area, menu planning, staff supervision & training, ordering, special event catering and sales analysis & tracking. Candidates must have experience in a fast paced food service environment, strong attention to detail and a high level of commitment and creativity for cafe operations.
