We are looking adult therapists as well as child and family therapists who embody our mission of compassionate care. Spectrum believes strongly in a whole health model of care, and our therapy teams play a large part in the care management of our clients, while coordinating and advocating for health. Therapists provide individual, group, and family therapy. Looking for candidates motivated to participate in client staffing, coordinate client care amongst multiple disciplines, while developing and implementing treatment plans. What we need from you: Master's degree in a behavioral health field, a helpful and team-oriented attitude, willingness to learn and the desire to put clients at the center of care. An associate or independent licensure by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Examiners is preferred. Competitive health and 401k benefits included for full-time therapists.
