Untitled Berks Heim Nursing & Rehabilitation DIRECTOR OF NURSING Berks Heim Nursing & Rehabilitation is currently recruiting a Director of Nursing to join and lead our accomplished and dynamic nursing team. In this role, the Director has administrative authority, responsibility and accountability for the functions and activities of the Nursing Department. This position is responsible to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall day to day operation of the department in accordance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to assure that the highest degree of resident care can be maintained. This position requires a leader with demonstrated integrity who can measure, evaluate, act, motivate, and interact with staff, families and residents in a professional manner. An RN licensed in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is required. A minimum of five years of nursing long term care experience, with at least two years supervisory/management experience in nursing supervision/management in the long term care is required.
