GLMHC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide daily occupation therapy treatment including, but not limited to reviewing and evaluating client information relevant to the assessment and treatment process with prescribing physician. Conducting and documenting a thorough functional assessment of clients, utilizing standardized procedure, developing and implementing an individualized treatment plan based on client needs and containing achievable functional goals. Physician's Assistant M-F 8a-5p expected schedule. Current Oklahoma licensure as a Physician's Assistant. Requires Prescriptive Authority, current DEA Licensure, NPI, Medicaid and Medicare Provider Numbers. To provide Psychiatric Outpatient and Integrated Health Services. No Weekends/Holidays or On-Call Annual Salary $134,500.
