Basic Qualifications:
Education - High School Diploma or equivalent
Licenses - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Drivers License – MI (MI DR LIC)* Current unrestricted Michigan Driver's License, automobile insurance, and available automobile for VNA, Hospice, NRS Home Care, and United/Kelsey CNAs who transport patients off-site.
Basic Life Support (BLS) United/Kelsey, Big Rapids, Reed City, Gerber & Continuing Care (except Hospice) 90 Days
