Membership Specialist - Full-time

Membership Specialist Sweet Adelines International has an exceptional opportunity for a Membership Specialist, at our Tulsa based non-profit. With direction from the Director and Manager of Membership, this position will be responsible membership communications, special projects and administrative support for the department. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide high quality and timely member support via phone and email. Maintenance of Membership database. Working with the Membership team to develop retention and onboarding strategies. Special projects and project management. Other duties as assigned. Position Requirements: A degree with emphasis in business or a combination of education and related experience. Non-profit experience is helpful. Music experience is a bonus. A multi-tasker with strong organizational and customer service experience; excellent interpersonal and computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word /Excel and the ability to learn new programs.
