Our client is hiring a Payment Services Rep. to join their team! This position would require a high attention to detail and someone who comes from a finance background. Experience with cash handling or payment processing is highly preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple systems with various processing functions and deadlines
- Respond to department specific questions in a timely and accurate manner
- Perform file and/or transaction maintenance, including tracking and updating information
- Process payments daily
- Ability to reconcile long lists of number
- Research and resolve unidentified payments
- Research account over payments and prepare refund requests
- Process payment investigations
- Prepare daily reconciliation of posting totals
- Prepare agency commission requests and maintain agency spreadsheets
- Communicate payment issues to customers, supervisors, and management
