About this job

Our client is hiring a Payment Services Rep. to join their team! This position would require a high attention to detail and someone who comes from a finance background. Experience with cash handling or payment processing is highly preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple systems with various processing functions and deadlines
  • Respond to department specific questions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform file and/or transaction maintenance, including tracking and updating information
  • Process payments daily
  • Ability to reconcile long lists of number
  • Research and resolve unidentified payments
  • Research account over payments and prepare refund requests
  • Process payment investigations
  • Prepare daily reconciliation of posting totals
  • Prepare agency commission requests and maintain agency spreadsheets
  • Communicate payment issues to customers, supervisors, and management
