Wellness Department Team Member - Full-time / Part-time

YOU:· are really interested in electric cars· appreciate a good debate, even with your boss· are proud of your compost pile· figure out how to fix it, not who's to blame· have pulled recyclables out of the trash· prefer real news to fake newsWE:· like real food· aren't afraid to make mistakes and learn from them· care more about your intelligence and values than your experience· offer employees subsidies to purchase electric cars· give employees a 30% discount on all purchases· pay a $12 minimum wageWe need YOU!Our Wellness Department offers dietary supplements, herbs, and health/beauty aides.DUTIESSpecific tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:• Unpack, stock, rotate, and maintain products in accordance with company standards;• Provide remarkable service and knowledge to customers;• Department housekeeping, upkeep of displays;• Bag and carry purchases to our customers cars, when needed;• Work with Wellness and Store Management to maintain a pleasant environment for customers and coworkers;• Cross-train between departments, and help wherever needed throughout the store;• Attend trainings and meetings as assigned, sometimes in other MOMs stores, to improve product knowledge;• Know and support MOM's Culture - Mission/Purpose, Core Values, and Promise to Customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

An applicant who is a good fit for our Wellness Team, will meet the following qualifications:

• Innate desire & ability to help people live healthier lives, without judging them;
• Detail-oriented, while also able to work at a fast pace;
• Able to be on your feet for an extended period of time;
• Able to pick up 40lbs on a daily basis;
• Able to work nights and weekends;
• Able to work on a team, and enjoy pitching in to get the job done.
