SUMMARYAs the Lead JDE CNC (Configurable Network Computing) Administrator, you will work with and support Oshkosh Corporation's divisions with the installation, configuration and maintenance of the various JD Edwards environments. The security risk level for this position is high; therefore, the incumbent may be subject to additional background screening requirements.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESI. Analysis and Problem Management

  • Perform problem analysis and troubleshoot issues related to JDE systems and applications for end users, business analyst, developers, and anyone else relying on our systems.
  • Work with customers to determine needs and requirements and recommend improvements.
  • Document problem resolution and provide estimates on work and time
  • Document resolution procedures and conduct post mortems reviews.
  • Monitor, evaluate and resolve incident tickets assigned to the team.

II. Technical Support

  • Responsible for JDE system administration activities to include ESUs, ASUs, Tools Releases, server builds and configuration (Enterprise, Logic, Batch, Web, etc), development workstation builds and configuration.
  • Perform JDE CNC related activities to include object management (OMW and Packages), environment management (OCMs, Pathcodes), security management (user and role provisioning, security design and maintenance)
  • Monitors systems for availability, reliability and stability.

  • Works under general supervision

IV. Project Management

  • Contribute to projects within the IT department
  • Expected to manage and address project related tasks independently
  • Project task and status communication

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5-plus years of JDEdwards CNC experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with JD Edwards installations, set-up, configurations, package builds, and deployment
  • Expert level in CNC functionality
  • Excellent technical knowledge and experience in server administration, networks, workstations, JD Edwards applications, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Project management experience
