We are currently searching for a Sr. International Analyst to join our International team in beautiful Portland, Maine. This individual would be responsible for implementing key strategies in our International road map, including the continued development of our International E-Commerce websites. Essential to this role is the ability to analyze data from various sources, draw informed conclusions about recent customer behavior, and make recommendations on the path forward. They will also provide support for other key International growth efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Draw conclusions from complex analysis of both on-site and off-site data to develop and prioritize the evolution of llbean.ca and other International owned websites.
  • Work with partners in IS, the International team, and external vendors to implement enhancements to llbean.ca and other domains.
  • Building on industry knowledge and partnering with colleagues across the company, adapt and right-size best practices to inform the long-term direction of llbean.ca.
  • Communicate business results and learnings to the team and key stakeholders.
  • Work cross functionally within the organization and with external partners to achieve milestones as L.L.Bean enters new markets.
  • Serve as the hub for functional area stakeholders as L.L.Bean charts its course for market expansion.
  • Think critically to challenge priorities and seek out alternative paths around obstacles.
  • Manage vendor relationships with minimal oversight as needed.
  • Measure overall business performance across the P&L; drawing conclusions to help inform our road map.
  • Design and develop informative reports and dashboards providing summarized views of market level performance.
  • Develop business cases to support development priorities.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience required
  • Ability to provide in depth analysis and make recommendations for improvement
  • Highly organized and proactive in finding (sometimes creative) solutions to issues
  • Strong understanding of E-Commerce, both from a customer and a technical perspective
  • Ability to conceptualize the opportunities and uses of new technology with the context of business and customer needs
  • Experienced to lead a cross functional team of marketing and technology professionals
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, changing business environment
  • Strong strategic thinker who can execute tactics flawlessly
  • Ability to prioritize and adhere to deadlines while juggling the demands of multiple projects
  • Ability to communicate clearly, persuasively, and diplomatically to a wide range of audiences
  • A positive team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and with business intelligence systems (Adobe Omniture, Google Analytics, Tableau), SQL a plus
  • Experienced in managing vendor relationships
  • Production and results oriented
  • Flexibility required to undertake some travel, as required
