Gecko Parx is the best indoor entertainment venue in South Florida, Gecko ParX has 40,000 square feet of exciting attractions and event spaces including trampolines, ropes courses, dodgeball courts, ninja courses, parkour, arcade, cafe, rock climbing, kids soft play area and much more where you can jump, play, practice, compete, and most importantly have fun.

Court Monitor Position:

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Must be able to work various shifts per week.
• Excellent communication skills- A good sense of business
• Ability to take initiative
• High levels of energy
• Must work flexible hours  
• Knowledge of computer software like MS Office and Excel will be an additional bonus
• Maintains constant surveillance of patrons in the facility; acts immediately and appropriately to
  secure safety of patrons in the event of emergency
• Communicate court rules to participants.
• Maintain positive relations with team and clients
• Assist in implementing emergency procedures
• Performs various maintenance duties as directed. Help maintain a clean and safe facility
• Attend regularly scheduled staff meetings and in service training
• Presents professional appearance and attitude at all times, and maintains a high standard of customer service
• Must be willing to learn all safety procedure and perform then if needed
• Other Duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must be 16 or older
• Prior work experience is a plus
•  Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Availability nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to interact and communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to speak in front of groups to project voice and be heard in a loud environment.
• Ability to enforce rules.
• Ability to react calmly and effectively in an emergency.

Job Type: part time, flexible hours

Required education:  must be minimum 16 years old of age and must be authorized to work in the united states with no restrictions

Payment: $8.25/ hour
