Fleet Management Associate - Part-time

Omnus Holdings is a small, but growing enterprise that leverages next generation ride sharing platforms to manage fleet vehicles. As our volume grows, we need associates to help manage the point of exchange with our customers. We pride ourselves on excellence in customer service - proactively managing the communication and servicing required to ensure our guests experience a smooth, seamless transaction with every trip. 

The Position:

We are seeking enthusiastic, service-oriented candidates with a strong work ethic to help manage the operational side of our business. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to be tech savvy, well organized, punctual, an excellent communicator, and have a knack for customer service. You must be adaptable and comfortable working in a start-up environment with a small ownership group. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Confirming customer reservations 
• Planning your scheduled pickup/drop-off exchanges for a given day
• Driving vehicles to/from designated lot to airport terminal for courtesy curbside exchange 
• Greeting customers, completing detailed information during the start and end of a rental
• Completing pre/post exchange activities which include a visual inspection, checkout, and basic post-trip cleaning of the vehicle (includes use of an automated car wash and vacuuming the interiors of the vehicle)

This is a critical position as you will be the face of the company and often the first point of contact with the customer in person. This position contributes to the success of our company by ensuring maximum fleet utilization. 

Ideal candidates will have some retail customer service experience and be able to independently manage their time. Experience in transportation and/or fleet management is a plus. 

Requirements:

• Valid Insurance, Drivers License & Clean Driving Record (last 5 years)
• Reliable transportation to/from our vehicle lots
• Possess smartphone w/ LTE and sufficient data plans and coverage
• High School Diploma (Associate’s degree or some college coursework preferred)

**This position offers flexibility in work location with 15-20 hours of work expected per week.**
