The Restaurant Marketing Director (RMD) plays a critical role at Chick-fil-A. The RMD is the face of Chick-fil-A, our Operator and our team in the community and an ambassador of the brand. The RMD role is to build relationships with new customers, and to strengthen the relationships with current customers. These relationships will lead to sales growth for the Restaurant, which is an ultimate goal for the RMD and the team. As a senior leader in the restaurant, the RMD will be responsible for development the restaurant marketing plan and executing the marketing plan. The RMD is the primary coach to all team members ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service. The RMD be in constant contact with the senior leadership team and Operator as to what is happening in their scope of work at that time and is responsible overall marketing and customer relations. The RMD will be expected set the standard for signature service and therefore must lead by example. To do this, the RMD must actively show a passion for service and for the Chick-fil-A brand.  A cheerful attitude accompanied with a desire to get things done makes a great example for all members of your team. RESPONSIBILITIES:-Member of the senior leadership team.-Primary development and implementation of the restaurant marketing plan, to include catering.-Overseeing and leading the specific and general duties, in relation to marketing the restaurant.-Provide and serve as an example of 2nd Mile Service.-Continuously improve and ensure Operational Excellence.-Responsible for maintaining strict adherence to Food Safety and Catering procedures.-Coaching team members in proper procedures and customer relations.-Ensure everyone is displaying a professional attitude at all times.
