Merchandiser Lead 3rd Shift - Full-time / Part-time

Heartland Coca-Cola is currently seeking a Lead Merchandiser to work in partnership with the Merchandising Supervisor to assist in our Merchandiser’s development, specific to training and coaching.  The Lead Merchandiser serves as a support system to assist our Supervisors deliver the best in class customer service.  Responsibilities:•Point of contact for Merchandising Supervisor on their days off.  This includes fielding calls from the merchandising team, schedule changes, and handling customer concerns•Conduct onboarding training with all new hires  •Train new and existing merchandisers on standard merchandising activities and procedures•Conduct weekly audits•Conduct capability-building sessions with merchandisers and follow-up as necessary•Transport, replace and maintain point of sale advertising as appropriate for account•Maintain professional, team relationship with co-workers and customers•Fulfill daily activities completed by a merchandiser when needed

•	High School - GED or Diploma preferred
•	1-3 years merchandising and leadership experience preferred
•	2-4 years of general work experience; to include but not limited to, communication skills, team work, ability to follow an ordering methodology, math skills, and business judgment skills
•	Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours
•	Experience working with minimal supervision
•	Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, driving record within policy guidelines, pallet jack certification as required
