Car Wash Greeter - Full-time / Part-time

Auto Spa Etc. is part of a local family business that was started in 1977 by Harold “Red” Hurlbut and continued by Phil Hurlbut. Giving back to our community and watching high school kids work as they become young adults are just a few of the many gratifying moments of our days. The business has changed in many ways over the years. Yet our core values and the passion for giving the best customer service possible is still the same. The business has expanded and the company now includes 5 full service car washes as well as an express car wash in the St. Louis area. We offer competitive pay and a rewarding work environment.Greeter - Full time & Part time positions available The Greeter position is extremely important at Auto Spa Etc. Greeters represent the company by being the first impression to our Customers and potential Customers. We believe that the Customer’s first impression is invaluable and it is critical that the greeter is professional, friendly, well groomed, efficient and trustworthy.Key Responsibilities: •Representing the Company in a professional and friendly manner•Explaining the services offered by the company•Managing the front end of the car wash•Upsell the Customer to a higher tier product or service•At the conclusion of the interaction, directing the Customer to the correct location Disclaimer: The list of responsibilities is not exhaustive but is merely the most accurate list for the current job. Qualifications:
•	Must have valid drives license for at least 6 months.
•	Physical ability to stand for 8 hours. Work in conditions where weather is 35 degrees to 100 degrees.
•	Friendly upbeat personality willing to learn and grow
