F/T Sales + Stocker + Cashier

General SummaryThis is a full time (about 37 hrs/week) position paying $10.50 per hour. It involves some of the tasks of a sales person, cashier and stocker.  It will involve assembling some items. Working both Saturday and Sunday is required.Duties & Responsibilities•Project a friendly, outgoing demeanor; work well with customers as well as staff.•Greet customers entering and throughout the store.•Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously and effectively.•Learn and become proficient in all register functions.•Become familiar with products in the store, and their location.•Assist with receiving and stocking of merchandise.•Assist with daily maintenance, orderliness and cleanliness of the sales floor, stock room and outdoor merchandise area.•Perform all other duties as assigned.ExperienceRetail experience a plus.Physical DemandsStanding and walking for 6-8 hours a day, lifting (up to 50lbs).
