Hiring for Bilingual Customer Service Role
must have some call center or customer experience and be able to type 25 words per minute
This is an outreach member services position. The role will involve making outbound welcome calls to members. This is to help complete health assessment for members.
They will be working from an auto-dialer and handling high volume outbound calls. They will welcome the member and proceed to fill out a form with the member over the phone. The CSR will input information into a form on the computer, checking boxes and selecting from drop downs. They will be reading from a script.
