Job Description: Must possess a strong fundamental understanding of basic installation processes.
Must understand how to properly fine tune and detail panels, install hard wall offices, case goods, conference tables, and other office furniture as required.
Must be familiar with and knowledgeable about how to properly and efficiently install products from various furniture manufacturers.
Provide high quality control by ensuring that all products are installed correctly according to floor plans and that all required components (e.g. electrical, locks, overhead etc.) are in good working order prior to customer walk through so that job sites are left in move-in condition.
Must be mechanically inclined and passionate about hands-on learning.
Work Environment: Will be working at corporate buildings installing office furniture. Setting up office furniture just like Aerotek's field offices.
They will be required to drive to the site after they are done training
Qualifications:

Experience using hand and power tools to assemble furniture.
Hours will 6AM to 3:30PM. Must be willing to work extended shifts as needed.

Must have your own reliable transportation


Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and perform other physical tasks for duration of shifts, including standing for an extended period, stooping, bending, and twisting.

Must be able to maneuver furniture up an incline or stairs as needed

Performance Expectations: Candidates are expected to be able to complete all installation tasks after training at the distribution center for a day.

Attendance and reliability will be key in going permanent

They are also expected to assemble properly and safely in training. When with the trainer they must ask questions, be engaged, want to learn etc.


***Must work at least one weekend a month, they will be on a rotating schedule for weekends.
Additional Compensation: OT available Additional Information:

Employees will report for their first day for training at 8AM. They will report to Mark for their first day. After that candidates will be traveling to the job sites located throughout the greater Phoenix area. Installs last anywhere from 2-3 weeks to 3-4 months depending on the size of the office building.

If employees are open to traveling to New Mexico, Nevada and outside the greater Phx. area they will be able advance in the company much faster.


Pay scale: $13/hr: no experience but eager to learn and work


$14/hr: has some experience at least 8 months to a year of construction, moving or assembly experience
