DIRECT HIRE: CNC Machinist Opportunities - Aerospace Company

Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift openings

Pay: $19-$28/hr depending on experience

Location: Euclid, Newburgh Heights, Wickliffe

Job Description:

• Need to run be able to run Horizontal or Vertical Mills
• Being able to read and understand blueprints
• working with programs with G & M codes
• Capable of making offset adjustments on a daily basis and setting the X and Y zero points
• Experience with Safety Start Up and Shut Down procedures
• Working on Fanuc and/or Siemens' controls
• Set up and tear downs of material on the vertical mills
• Use 6" scales, calipers, and go-no/go gauges
• Perform job duties successfully
• Perform each essential job duty satisfactorily
• Ability to document daily activities

Qualifications:

• Must have experience setting up and operating CNC mills
• Must be able to read blueprints
• Must be able to complete tooling changes and offsets
• Must be able to use micrometers and calipers
• Any programming or program edit experience is a plus
