Excellent Customer Service skills.  Follow Health Dept. Regulations

Greet customers with a smile.  Be knowledgeble of items being served on a particular day.  Set up station on line in an efficient and attractive manner.

Be prepared with correct utensils and keep your station neat and furnished with items at all times.  Responsible for cleaning and breaking down of your station daily.

Check and maintain proper temperatures of the items at your station.

Serve proper portions according to company guidelines.  Be flexible with schedule to include weekends.
