About this job
We are looking for an Assistant General Manager.
- Must be able to work various shifts per week and be available weekdays and / or weekends.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Compensation:Starting at $30,000/yr (Negotiable D.O.E.) plus bonus
One week paid vacation after one year

Five Guys Burgers and Fries is one of America's most successful burger concepts and we're looking for qualified individuals who have a high level of energy. The Assistant General Manager effectively and efficiently manages a restaurant within the policies and guidelines of the Company to ensure guest satisfaction, profit maximization and development of high performing work teams consisting of a General Manager, assistant manager, shift managers and team members. Duties may include but not limited to: assisting the General Manager with ordering, scheduling, and inventory. This position reports directly to the General Manager. Thorough training program provided in house or it's possible for a quicker training program at Five Guys HQ in Virginia.
