Now seeking a Validation Specialist! - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a Validation Specialist in NE Portland! As a Validation Specialist, you will be researching and following up on documentation issues and providing problem resolutions. Starting rate is $15 hourly with amazing benefits, and performance reviews every 6 months!

JON DESCRIPTION:

• Working with the documentation team, ensuring all patient documentation is in order prior to releasing the requested medical equipment to the patients
• Documentation may include medical charts, patient insurance information, medical facility verification, etc.
• Medical equipment may include C-Pap machines, in-home beds, walkers, wheelchairs, oxygen, etc.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of new claims and claims delayed due to errors
• Understand documentation requirements of insurance companies based on insurance contracts and guidelines
• Work to insure patient information is kept up to date and complete Account Status changes

QUALIFICATIONS:

• This is a time-sensitive job that requires HIGH attention to detail
• HS/GED REQUIRED
• Prior customer service experience (retail, restaurant, etc).
