Forklift Operator

Currently hiring a Sit Down Forklift Operator for 1st Shift in the Lebanon, TN area. The ideal candidate will have stable work history and will be open to working in the warehouse environment.

• $13.00 an hour
• Lebanon, TN

Forklift Operator Compensation

• $13.00 an hour
• 1st Shift: Typically, a 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Mon-Fri.
• Possible OT each day and on Saturdays

Forklift Operator Requirements:

• Previous certification on a forklift & valid driver’s license
• Familiar with the warehouse environment in a production facility
• Dependable team player
• Responsible for being on time and great attendance every day

Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities:

• Familiarity with operating a forklift in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when needed throughout the shift
• Flexibility to step in and help other positions when needed
• Follow all health and safety procedure and regulations
• Operate forklift with care and with awareness to people and environment around machine
• Ensure forklift is properly stored, fueled, cleaned, and ready to operate
• Follow and update inventory activity, lists, records, and log all completed tasks
• Move inventory and materials across facilities
• Stack and organize large bulk items
• Remove inventory from trucks or shipping and delivery to proper location
• Carry inventory for shipping to proper truck
• Move materials from facilities to workstations, pick-up locations, or other locations
