Job Description
The General Manager will be responsible for
- Ensuring smooth Stable Operations of Customer Service, Purchasing, Scheduling, Production, Quality Control, Finishing and shipping
- Staffing, resourcing as needed
- Interact with key customers, suppliers as needed
- Be the key leader driving the vision and positioning organization for growth
- Drive company to be best in class in On Time Delivery, Quality and Customer service
Qualifications:
- Comfortable with working in a fast paced environment
- CNC Machining or programming or scheduling experience preferred but not required
- Past experience in process improvement
- Comfortable with metrics to gage and improve performance of organization
