Your roles and responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:

• Embody the culture of Menchie's by upholding Menchie's vision, mission, values, and deliver the Menchie's Experience (3P's)
• Provide the 5G's guest care 
• Manage the store jobs and team communicate with leardership on daily basis.
• Responsible for local store marketing 
• Responsible for meeting sales goals 
• Responsible to learn and train team members all processes
