Production - 2nd Shift

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Production Associate in Horse Cave, KY for 2nd Shift – 4:30pm-3:00am, Monday-Thursday. Pay Rate: $9.80. Interested candidates should have previous Industrial experience. The position is Evaluation-to-Hire.

 Responsibilities of the Production Associate:

• Pick Products from conveyor and place it in pans according to prescribed quantity and placement
• Performs visual inspection of product to ensure quality by monitoring color and texture
• Visually check for accuracy
• Maintain company standards for cleanliness, food safety and productivity in the processing area.
• Communicates with sheeting operator to ensure roll quality
• Ensures compliance to quality, food safety and HAACP support programs; assures conformity to all company, customer and government standards. 

Requirements of the Production Associate:

• Previous Industrial experience
• Previous experience in a Food Manufacturing environment is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements of the Production Associate:

• Ability to lift 25-30 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, squat, and twist up to 10 hours 

Compensation of the Production Associate:

• $9.80 per hour
