Iconic Group is seeking outgoing and energetic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Customer Service Representatives (CSR). Our representatives work closely with our Customer Service Managers(s) to deliver premium customer service, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the continuous improvement of service, sales and quality for nearly 2 million customers across the US and Canada.

Customer Service Representatives responsibilities include:

 

• Assisting customers with all inquiries via phone, email and live chat
• Resolving problems in a timely manner
• Encouraging buying decisions
• Exhibiting personal accountability in regards to attendance, organization, and time management

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Intermediate knowledge of computers and internet operation
• Excellent sales and communication skills when working with customers
• Team-oriented and enthusiastic to learn new things
• Availability on weekends and Memorial day required
