2nd/3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

A growing company in Northern Indiana is looking to add level A Maintenance Electricians on 2nd shift or 3rd Shfit. They will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and work under the guidance of the Group Leader, as well as mentor the lower level Electrical Technicians. They will be responsible for part of their training on issues that they are not skilled enough to perform at the moment. They will provide instruction to others on necessary repairs or installations. This individual must be able to perform responsibilities with little to no supervision from start to finish.

They will be responsible for repairing or troubleshooting plant wide equipment or machinery. They have equipment such as CNC's, Fanuc Robots, PLC's ( Allen Bradley 5, 500, 5000, Siemens S7), they also have smaller hydraulic presses, welding equipment. Electrically they will be expected to have experience troubleshooting up to 480 V 3phase and perform automation work on the PLC's troubleshooting the ladder logic, motor controls, servo drives, VFD's.
