Structural CAD/Revit Tech - Full-time / Part-time

Use Revit to draft structural drawings
Work with engineers to convert red line drawings into BIM models
3-7 years of experience is desired, 1 year of experience preferred.
Experience with Structural design is preferred, experience using Revit in an architectural or structural capacity is required.
This individual could work one 1-10 projects at any given time.

Working in a professional office environment. They have a team of 7 people on their BIM team. They do Adaptive Reuse, Forensic Engineering, Historic Preservation, Inspections, structural Engineering, Structural Investigations, and Sustainable design. They have an office in Raleigh, Virginia Beach, and Richmond.
