Job Description

  • Communicate directly with claimants and providers

  • Check that appointments for patients including follow-up appointments and rescheduled appointments are made

  • Ensure all patients and providers receive necessary documentation

  • Confirm consultative reports and diagnostic test results are received in a timely manner

  • Obtain medical history for specific conditions

  • Answer phones from automated call distribution system
