Looking for 35-45 hours of care for our 16-year-old son who has autism. General supervision, meal preparation, companionship, and help with shaving. Take to the gym, the grocery store and other various locations in the community. Verbal reminders for self-care ("be sure to wash your hair"). Must be patient and kind, willing to talk to a special boy about his obsessive interests. He is very good with his daily living skills but needs help navigating his world.
$21/hr
He is in school M-F 8-2:15. Weekdays 2-9 (all or some) and/or weekend hours if more time is wanted. Schedule to be agreed.
