Kitchen Manager / General Manager Qualifications:
Excellent written and speaking communications
Exceptionally service-oriented/ understands hospitality
Minimum of 2-3 years leadership
Established longevity & career progression.
Professional image & demeanor.
Kitchen Manager / General Manager Expectations:
Train and develops staff.
Deliver the highest quality of food and contribute to exceeding expectations.
