PCA - Personal Care Attendant

Home Instead Senior Care is looking for compassionate and committed people to become part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.  We provide a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Primary responsibilities as a Home Instead CAREGiver include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments and helping run errands
• Assisting with personal cares such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Alzheimer's Care
• Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner

CAREGivers must be at least eighteen years of age and possess a reliable vehicle, current MN driver's license, and valid auto insurance. No previous experience is necessary.
