-Utilize Skip Tracing as a Means of Finding Those Whose Information is No Longer Up to Date.
-Contractors will be expected to make outbound calls to people with various different types of debt.
-Receive inbound calls and process payments.
-Use collections software, 'Columbia Ultimate' to process payments and update information.
-Create payment plans for customers in areas
