About this job
I'm 25-years-old, I have a neuromuscular disability called SMA, and I use a power wheelchair. I recently graduated from law school at the University of Alabama, and will be moving to Silver Spring, MD, in March to start a job.
I use personal assistance services for activities of daily living, such as getting dressed, using the restroom, and warming up food. No prior experience is required, as long as you're willing to learn. If you aren't able to commit to helping me on a regular basis at this time, please let me know if you're interested in being someone I can call as a fill-in, or back-up, caregiver.
